MN State Fair

In August we went to the Minnesota state fair for a day of fun.  Minka enjoyed some games and music.

A Glorious Day for a Wedding

In August my brother-in-law Kai married his beautiful wife Aubree.  It was a gorgeous day and a beautiful wedding.  Jareth was the best man, Minka the flower girl and I was the personal attendant.

 These curlers are amazeballs.  They don't require anything! Just a little water and time.  They stay right in place without pins and no heat.  Perfect for a 2 year old.

 Bella was a big help and Minka loved her.

 It was a sunny day and pictures were during nap time....Minka was a trooper through it all.

 Bella was Minka's best friend which in turn kept Momma happy too.

An update

We have been away from the blog for awhile.  Here is a quick recap of what has happened.  More posts to follow with pictures.

In July we found out baby girl number two is on her way.
In August Minka turned two.
In September we moved out of our townhouse in Lakeville in pursuit of owning a home.
In October I went to the UK for two weeks on business.
In November I turned 26 and we became homeowners!
In December Jareth got a new job as an assistant manager at Wal-Mart.

I can't wait to see what 2013 brings.  Hopefully some home projects and family time.  Giant life events every month has been a bit overwhelming for a pregnant lady.

I am looking forward to getting more settled in our new house and taking some time off of work to enjoy our newest addition to our family.

A Bundle of Joy

Welcome to my blog.  Or should I say thanks for visiting while I have been away.

We have some catching up to do....let's begin with some fun news.

If you are not a coworker, family member, a friend I see on a regular occasion or if you are someone who is blind you may not have noticed we are expecting once again!  Baby Nora Grace is due March 3rd 2013.  So far, everything in my pregnancy has been going very smooth despite the big events that have taken place in the last few months.  Once again my husband also will survive another hormone filled pregnancy.  Bless his heart.

Here are some overdue pictures.  Hopefully this is the only thing overdue about Nora.

My first pregnancy I could have stayed pregnant forever - I had no idea what being a parent meant.  This time around....let's just meet her already, ok?
